You are not obliged to provide data. Without it, I cannot answer your question, schedule an appointment or send the calculation.
I only share data with parties I engage to make my services possible (processors). These are Netlify (hosting of the website and storage of form submissions; Netlify uses Automattic's Akismet service to filter spam) and Microsoft (email and Microsoft Bookings). Data processing agreements (DPAs) apply with both parties and form part of their terms of use. I do not sell your data.
Netlify and Microsoft may process data in the United States. Both companies are listed as active participants in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework register, and according to their data processing terms the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party scripts. The fonts are loaded from this website itself and not from Google.
The website contains links to, among others, LinkedIn and Microsoft Bookings. Those websites have their own privacy terms.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object, and to data portability. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To do so, send an email to m.kerstens@vcph-partners.com. I respond within one month.
Do you disagree with how I handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

The website runs over a secure connection (https). Access to my Microsoft account (email and Bookings) and to my Netlify account is protected with two-step verification.
